Empowering minds, elevating lives
Accessing the right level of mental health care is a critical step toward recovery. Structured treatment programs offer varying levels of support depending on the intensity of symptoms, clinical needs, and life circumstances. Whether transitioning from a higher level of care or starting treatment for the first time, several program options are available to provide the structure, flexibility, and clinical support needed to stabilize and thrive.
All programs are evidence-based, trauma-informed, and individualized to meet unique treatment goals. Care is delivered by licensed mental health professionals and supported by a multidisciplinary team.
Mental health symptoms exist on a spectrum, and no single approach fits every individual. A clinical assessment helps determine the most appropriate level of care—ranging from more intensive, structured options to lower-intensity outpatient services.
All programs integrate:
The Partial Hospitalization Program offers the highest level of outpatient care. PHP includes structured clinical support 5 days per week for 4 to 6 hours per day. It is ideal for individuals needing intensive treatment for moderate to severe mental health symptoms without full-time inpatient care.
PHP is suitable as a step-down from residential treatment or as a step-up from less structured care.
The Intensive Outpatient Program provides flexible, structured support for individuals who need more than weekly therapy but still want to maintain work, school, or family responsibilities. IOP typically runs 3 to 5 days per week, with 3 to 4 hours of programming per day.
It is an excellent option for those stepping down from PHP or managing symptoms with increased clinical oversight.
The Outpatient Program is the least intensive level of care, designed for individuals who have stabilized but benefit from continued support. OP includes 1 to 2 therapy sessions per week and allows for maximum flexibility while maintaining access to licensed clinicians, psychiatric services, and therapeutic resources.
Outpatient care is ideal for long-term support, symptom maintenance, and relapse prevention.
All levels of care are equipped to treat individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Dual diagnosis treatment may include:
Dual diagnosis care addresses both the mental health and substance use components of recovery simultaneously, improving long-term outcomes.
Each program is designed to provide structure while fostering autonomy, healing, and long-term wellness.
Regardless of the level of care, every program is built around comprehensive, evidence-based services, including:
